Our Quality Commitment

Green Hand Egypt Co. for Agricultural Reclamation is committed to delivering produce that meets or exceeds the expectations of our international buyers. Our quality management system, certified under ISO 9001:2015, governs every process from field preparation through to shipment.

Pre-Harvest Control

Our agronomy team manages crop protection programs, conducts regular field inspections, and performs pre-harvest residue analysis to ensure 100% compliance with EU MRL standards.

Harvest & Transport

Produce is harvested at optimal maturity and transported to our packing station under temperature-controlled conditions. Field heat is removed within hours of harvest.

Packing & Grading

Optical sorting and grading ensure consistent sizing and zero defects. All products undergo washing, waxing (where applicable), and quality inspection before packing.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final quality control checks are conducted on every shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas is available upon request.

Cold Chain Management

Temperature monitoring with data loggers from packing to port. Pre-cooled reefer containers maintain cold chain integrity throughout transit.

Documentation & Traceability

Complete traceability from field to container. Phytosanitary certificates, EUR1 documentation, and Certificate of Origin provided for every shipment.
